Tandoori pasta 👍. Making use of leftovers ❤️

Tandoori pasta

I hate wasting food. I had some tandoori mix left in the fridge which had been marinating for 24 hours. This only had a few pieces of chicken in so I added mushrooms and red peppers to the mix and coated everything with the amazing flavour mix.

This mix was allowed to sit for 30 minutes then placed into a roasting tin. Popped into the oven for 40 minutes and I could hear a flavour party going on in the oven!!

Once the pasta was cooked the roasted tandoori mix was added with all the meat juices. Also to the pan I added 1 tbsp of tomato purée mixed with 3 tbsp of water and a touch of single cream.
