
I had a packet of belly pork left over, I used the same method of marinating the pork for the chilli pork bunny chow but did the marinade for 24 hours.

Again, slow cooked for 2 hours to make this amazing sticky pork mix.

I then stir fried garlic, peppers, red onion, and mushrooms.

I added the precooked belly pork mix then the udon noodles to take on the flavours then finished with diced red chillies.
Simple food cooked well.
