Food memories are valuable memories to us all. If we all take a moment most of our fondest memories revolve around a gathering of friends / families to share an occasion. Food is not just food….it’s an experience.

I love making this dish. I’ve only made it a few times but each time I’ve nailed it.

Chicken Pathia. This was the first ever curry I had aged 20, over 25 years ago!! Id been working representing the company in Scotland. Travelled home, I was starving so I called into the local Bangladeshi takeaway. This dish caught my eye. Hot Sweet and sour chicken. I’ve since found out this dish was a dish created in the UK to be a rival to the popular Chinese sweet and sour dish.
