Never be afraid of spices. As long as they are kept in airtight containers they will last a couple of years. If you buy right then it’s not expensive. The bigger the supermarket the better selection. The supermarkets are becoming more multicultural so it’s now even easier to pick up your needs! My choice is Morrison’s. The bags are great value for money. Half the cost of your branded jars and you get double the amount. All the bags have a self seal zip on them, I transfer the bags into jars in the kitchen for easy use but I do keep a back up stock.
