This recipe is taken from Dan Toombs aka The Curry Guy.
Understanding flavours for me has been revolutionary. This is an amazing way to marinate chicken to give you an amazing tandoori chicken which is mouthwatering.
Ingredients- For the first part of the marinade I personally use chicken thighs as this adds so much flavour. For this you need 1kg, juice of 2 lemons, 3 tbsp of garlic and ginger paste, red food colouring and salt. Cut your chicken into your desired sizes and mix well and rest whilst you move onto the main flavours.

For the second marinade please take a note of the ingredients.
1 cup of Greek yogurt whisked, 1 tbsp of ground cumin, 1 tbsp of ground coriander, 1 tbsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of tandoori masala, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of paprika, 2 fresh diced green chillies, 3 tbsp of finely grated Parmesan cheese, handful of chopped coriander, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of freshly ground pepper.

Mix well.

Once mixed add back into the chicken and mix again well. Cover in cling film and leave for 24 hours.

I prefer to place on skewers to allow the air to circulate whilst cooking.

After 30 minutes at 180c the results are amazing.
